Entrepreneur Space celebrates 1st anniversary with celebrity cake unveiling

Our member The Entrepreneur Space, a kitchen and office incubator operated by Queens Economic Development Corp. with assistance from New York City EDC, celebrated its first anniversary with a party featuring a well preserved slice of cake from Hollywood actress Elizabeth Taylor's 60th birthday party back in 1992.

For more information on how the 20-year-old slice of celebrity cake came to be preserved and donated to the anniversary party by author Jane Scovell, and for further background on the incubator, please see the attached news release. The party also featured fully edible baked and cooked goods contributed by 30 of the incubator's more than 155 client companies.
