At the conclusion of the 4th Québec/New York Economic Summit (this year, themed "A Green Corridor"), the Business Incubator Association of New York State (BIA/NYS) and the Réseau Québécois Incubation d'Entreprise (Réseau IncubAction) will sign a Memorandum of Understanding. The MOU calls for broad cooperation between these two networks of business incubators, especially in greentech/cleantech, but also more broadly in service of entrepreneurs in both jurisdictions. This activity falls within Global Entrepreneurship Week and has been posted at the website Unleashingideas.org.
