You don't need to have a user name on this site to post or read here. However, certain restrictions apply such as a "captcha" challenge, "preview-before-post" rule, and a moderation queue for replies. If you want full posting freedom and you are a member of BIA/NYS or a tenant of a BIA/NYS member incubator, register for a user name (left-hand column) and then you can reply here without moderation, and you can post in the members' or tenants' forums which are visible only to registered users.
