eXubrio Group New Business Incubator joins BIA/NYS as our 30th member

The eXubrio Group New Business Incubator — occupying up to 25,000 square-foot in a one-story industrial building in the Village of Kenmore just north of Buffalo — has joined BIA/NYS as our 30th member.

eXubrio's incubator was featured in an earlier posting describing the growth of business incubation in Western New York, where eXubrio now becomes our fourth member with facilities.

Paul McAfee, the CEO of eXubrio, has been an entrepreneur in residence at the UB Technology Incubator for several years, and his firm began providing business-development and marketing support for tenants that cannot be accommodated at UB, which is completely full. Through an unusual deal with the property owner, eXubrio is able to offer reasonable rents plus many pro bono services.
