Administration's 'city-by-city' plan for Potsdam will boost incubator program steered by CITEC

State funds totaling $2.2 million will advance renovation of Peyton Hall, a former Clarkson University academic building in downtown Potsdam now occupied by CITEC, a NYSTAR-supported Regional Technology Development Center that became a member of BIA/NYS because it is developing a business incubation program.
