The executive director of BIA/NYS and Kathrine Gregory, who operates our member the Kitchen Innovations Incubator at the CWE Artisan Baking Center, were both guests on a segment of WNYC's Brian Lehrer show (guest host Mario Murillo). Discussion focused on what business incubation is, what a kitchen incubator is, and the outlines of Mayor Bloomberg's initiative under which our member NYU-Poly will operate additional incubator space at 160 Varick St. To listen to the interview use the audio player embedded below:
