Discussion space for the Governor's task force on university/industry partnerships -- the role of incubation

On May 14th, Gov. Paterson announced appointment of a Task Force on Industry/Higher Education Partnerships for Economic Development, to be chaired by Cornell president David Skorton. Executive Order #19 which created the Task Force has a pronounced focus on the role of business incubation.
