Stony Brook prepares to open ‘test kitchen’ for LI farmers and food processors at Calverton Incubator in June

The Calverton Business Incubator operated by our supporting member the Stony Brook Incubator Programs is planning a June opening for its new 8,400 square-foot Agriculture Consumer Science Center, according to an interview with Calverton director Monique Gablenz published at Long Island Business News. The new facility is developing interest from local members of the Small Scale Food Processors Association, she told the publication.
