The Technology Farm breaks ground on second major building, housing FLCC Viticulture Center serving the Finger Lakes wine industry

The Technology Farm, also known as the Cornell Agriculture and Food Technology Park, has broken ground on the research park’s second building, a Viticulture Center for Finger Lakes Community College. This new facility will provide a wine-making lab, grape-crush pad, classrooms, and a teaching vineyard to support the workforce needs of the region’s growing wine industry. The new structure will allow the program to move out of temporary quarters in the park’s initial flex building. For more information see the Technology Farm website and previous coverage here.
