Queens College Tech Incubator Center joins BIA/NYS

The Queens College Tech Incubator Center, a new incubator developed with support from New York City Council, has opened its doors and has joined BIA/NYS. Queens College is a senior college of the City University of New York and is situated just south of downtown Flushing in Queens.

Housed in a newly renovated office building that formerly served the college’s continuing education program, the Tech Incubator Center is led by computer science professor Ted Brown, who also founded CUNY’s Institute for Software Design and Development.

The Tech Incubator Center will support both student and community-based entrepreneurs in the software and “tech” sectors, offering them a range of private and group office settings, dedicated computing capacity, access to college faculty, students, and facilities, and other forms of mentorship and business support. We warmly welcome the Tech Incubator Center to membership!
